Liquid Bottles Precautions and Measures During COVID-19.

As you’ve probably figured out, we at Liquid Bottles love what we do and we have a lot of fun doing it.  But, please also know that we prioritize the health and safety of our customers, employees, vendors, and communities as we remain open as an essential business to support your packaging needs.  Our team is working extended hours and weekends to help provide you the exceptional service experience you deserve (cause who doesn’t deserve the best in these challenging times and always).

We wanted to give you an update on what measures we implemented in early March to ensure safety for all and continue delivering for you, our customers.

 

Work from Home

Based on the recommendations from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and other federal, state, and local government authorities, Liquid Bottles is requiring all employees who can work from home to do so until further notice. While we might be going a little stir crazy at home, all of our pets are happy to have us at home all the time. 

With many of our employees working from home, we ask that you be patient when calling our office. We handle calls remotely but call volume is understandably increased and we are answering as fast as we can.  All of our employees continue to also be available through email and will continue to offer the great customer service that we are known for. 

 

Our Warehouse 

In our warehouse, weare taking precautions to protect our employees based on the guidance given by the CDC. We may look like masked bandits as we hustle through the warehouse aisles, but our priority is on safety and well-being for all.  Our warehouse staff is working extra hours in an attempt to keep up with the increasing demand for products that are necessary to help people respond to this pandemic. 

We are working with our vendors and manufacturers to source and keep up with the demand so we are also constantly restocking.  If you are looking for an item that appears out of stock on our website, please give us a call so we can let you know when it will be available or advise on effective alternatives to meet your needs.

 

Shipping

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many states and communities have imposed various and ever-changing restrictions to aid in the prevention of spreading the virus. This impacts the delivery of some shipments.

Accordingly, as a condition of sale, we ask our customers to confirm that they are able to receive the shipment and that someone will be present to receive your order when it is delivered (carriers are no longer just leaving packages and no one likes porch pirates), and let us know if that status changes prior to the order being shipped. If the shipment is returned to us due to any restriction, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping or storage charges.

Also during this time, we are requiring customers placing orders for specially sourced items and/or certain high demand items we stock to sign a Special Purchase Order agreement to acknowledge it as a special order, and as such cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.  Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the delivery for completeness and quality and report any deficiencies to Liquid Bottles within 15 days of delivery. Liquid Bottles will provide a replacement or refund to address deficiencies in a timely manner. Returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons other than an agreed-upon deficiency are not allowed on special orders.
